We're partnered with a client seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and deliver multiple cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives across an enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a project management professional who combines strong program delivery expertise with a deep experience managing initiatives of cybersecurity domains, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.

The successful candidate will manage concurrent enterprise cybersecurity projects, partnering with security leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive successful outcomes. This individual must be highly organized, collaborative, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
  • Partner closely with cybersecurity leadership, security engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams and ensure effective prioritization and resource utilization.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
  • Promote best practices in project management, governance, and cybersecurity program execution.
  • Mentor and influence project team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
  • 5+ years of direct experience supporting or delivering cybersecurity projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, often 10+ initiatives at the same time.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale cybersecurity implementations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and enterprise security programs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant Cybersecurity certifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity-related project or program management experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
